Inspiring Our Students to Learn While

BRINGING OUR VILLAGE TOGETHER

When we come together as a village, every child succeeds. Rizpah brings neighbors, families, and educators to the table — building schools where everyone belongs.

“My mission is to strengthen our schools by supporting students and families and creating learning environments where every child can thrive. I am committed to early literacy, shared responsibility, and leadership that listens, builds trust, and delivers real results.”

Hi, Neighbor —

I am Rizpah Bellard — an educator, a resident of Southwest Fresno, and a firm believer that it takes a village to raise our children. From bringing livestock into classrooms to teaching on my porch, I have seen what happens when we work together: children thrive because of early literacy, families feel heard and valued when neighbors listen, and we share responsibility across our schools and community as students succeed.
